Shipbuilding steel plate Areas of application:
Steel shipbuilding plates are used in the cabin structures of cruise ships. The especially thin but wide plates are used for such applications to offer the best processing properties such as flatness and weld ability. In contrast, high-strength, thermo mechanical rolling shipbuilding plate are used in offshore applications. They are used for platform superstructures or for special ships in the oil and gas industry.
Normally Marine and Offshore Steel Plate need to be certified by one of society classification like ABS, DNV, LR, KR, BV, CCS, RINA, GL, NK, etc. Which we can supply according to clients’ requests.
